How to Add a Signature/Avatar.

So I have found that the signature thing has been a little, odd. So here I will let you know how to add one to your posts. Avatars as well.

AVATARS.

Avatars are the little pictures you see under your names. Here is how to get one.

Step 1: Click on Profile on the top of the page.
Step 2: Look on the top-right, you will see something like this: Information | Preferences | Signature | Avatar | Watched topics. Click on Avatar.
Step 3: You can now either upload an image from your computer, or link one off of another website.

Notes: The max dimensions of avatars is 150x200.


SIGNATURES.

Signatures are images that represent you after you post. See the picture at the bottom of my post? Thats a signature, often referred to as a "Sig". Here is how to get them.

Step 1: Find a sig you want to use and make sure its no bigger than 500x200 pixels.
Step 2: Look on the top-right, you will see something like this: Information | Preferences | Signature | Avatar | Watched topics. Click on Signature.
Step 3: You can now link a signature in the text fields.
*How to get a Link*: Use Photobucket, Imageshack, or Tinypic. Then copy the Direct Link.
Step 4: Now that you have your link, click on the Image button in the text field and you will get image tags.
Step 5: Put your link in between those two tags, and there you go.
Step 6: Make a post, and look under the Send button, and click the "Attach signature" checkbox. Now you can use sigs.

Note: If you want a sig. Make a request in the appopriate forum.
